CADEX Legacy — Zero to PlatformArchitected and built a full youth-sports platform end-to-end — Turborepo monorepo (Next.js, React, Prisma, Supabase), Stripe subscriptions, AI film review (Whisper + GPT-4o-mini), and SMS/email. Solo build, discovery to launch.
Frontiers Market — AI Product LineBuilt a custom edge NVR on Raspberry Pi, an on-device computer-vision Swift app estimating cattle weight offline, a Stripe Connect escrow rail, and agentic-swarm tooling to speed up the dev team itself.
The Dynamic-Form POCInherited a system where every new form meant another API, table, and UI page — a week-plus each, ten more planned. In an evening I made it config-driven and feature-toggled: new forms by data alone.
Pantheon — AI OrchestrationBuilt agentic AI orchestration to run delivery across many concurrent projects at once — open-sourcing the components (Heimdall, Portunus, and others) as each matures.
